Appellate Litigation and Trial Assistance

Our attorneys have handled dozens of appeals throughout the local state and federal appellate courts.  Our principal, Bizhan Beiramee served as an appellate law clerk for two years on a state intermediate court, as well as a state Supreme Court, and in private practice, has honed his appellate advocacy on over seventy appeals, including obtaining reported opinions in cases involving involving real estate, mortgage, consumer financial litigation, commercial, bankruptcy, professional regulation, and civil procedure.

In addition, we frequently work with other law firms and attorneys to assist and/or handle complex litigation matters, including trial practice and strategy, and managing complex discovery.  Our attorneys are experienced in e-discovery platforms to search, sort, and dissect voluminous electronic records in a cost-efficiency manner to identify key evidence to support our client.
