We represent business owners and investors in disputes with other business, as well as internal disputes between investors. Such disputes include breach of contract, non-compete provisions, employment disputes, investment disputes, securities claims and fraud claims.

We handle these matters both offensively and defensively, and have represented IT staffing companies, engineering firms, technology companies, restaurant owners, furniture companies, and health care providers.   In addition to litigating these matters in the courts, we have substantial experience mediating and arbitrating these claims, to obtain a cost-effective solutions for the benefit of the client. 

We have represented private individuals and businesses (including both for profit and nonprofit entities) in complex business disputes, including commercial contract and real estate disputes, employment law disputes including defamation, breach of employment contracts, employment related claims under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and related state law claims, termination of employment disputes, shareholder, and partnership disputes, actions for accounting and other business matters.  We have also handled bankruptcy adversary proceedings involving preference litigation and fraudulent transfer claims.
