Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 2 years of relevant civil litigation experience (including clerkship) in areas such as:
Real Estate Title litigation and Title Insurance disputes;
Mortgage Regulatory litigation;
Construction litigation;
Loan purchase disputes; and/or
Contested Foreclosure litigation.
Strong research and writing skills
Experience handling discovery and trial preparation under federal rules or comparable state rules
VA, MD, or DC Bar required
Clerkship and bankruptcy experience preferred
